LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va., — December 18, 2023 – Yondr Group, a global leader, developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers, has energised the initial power at its first data center in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia.  

Having broken ground, in partnership with JK Land Holdings, LLC (JKLH) in late October 2022, the two-building campus is set to deliver 96MW of critical IT capacity, with scope for further expansion opportunities.  

Home to some of the world’s largest cloud providers, Northern Virginia is a central data center corridor for Yondr and cements its commitment to investing $2 billion in data center infrastructure across the US, Canada, Central and South America. With a global scaling strategy focused on delivering cost-efficient, secure and scalable data centers with sustainability at their heart, Yondr’s Northern Virginia campus is one of several data centers in development, with other locations comprising the UK, Germany, Malaysia and India.
